- Service will be provided as listed below, where the items mentioned are applicable to the Equipment
- Check and clean cover, air filter and front panel
- Tightening of electrical contacts check and clean indoor drainage tray
- Vacuuming of drainage pan
- Vacuuming of drainage piping
- Check purifying filter as well as deodorizing
- Check and clean indoor evaporator coil
- Checking compressor refrigerant gas pressure
- Checking and brushing outdoor condenser coil
- Check fan bearing and lubricate (if required)
- We will provide services between 9:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- You need to make sure that our team has complete access to the equipment upon the time of service
- You are liable to get in touch with us in order to schedule for maintenance.
- We will remind you to call about the due maintenance time. However, we will not be responsible for lapsed maintenance.
- You will not allow any other person to perform any work without written approval in advance from us. We have the right to finish the contract without notice in violation of this section.
- In the case of the services that require extra charges for replacement of parts or goods supply, title of the parts or Goods will be given to you once the full payment is made.
- You need to make pay for the additional charges immediately as soon as you get the invoice.
- For commercial users with prior approved credit account with us, payment has to
be made within a period of 30 days.
- If you do not pay the full amount by the due date, we will have the right to terminate the Maintenance or suspend any further Services or other obligations to the Customer.
- We will not be responsible for any damage, injury, loss of revenue, loss of contract, or additional cost of working.
- Both the Company and the Customer reserve the right to terminate Maintenance by giving 7 days notice (written).
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of a country where goods and services are provided.
- All our goods/services will serve up their functions.
- All warranty details are mentioned in the product/services data.
- All prices are inclusive of GST. There is no discount that can be availed except during promotions.
- The company only accepts cash, local cheque and local credit card payments.
